Domestic Shipping Policy
All packages under 10 pounds will be charged a flat rate of 5 dollars for ground shipping (packages ship via Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS). All packages over 10 pounds will be charged 50 cents per additional pound if using ground shipping. For packages under 2 pounds, USPS will be the default shipping method unless other shipping method is specified. All other special shipping rates are priced as determined by Fed-ex, UPS or the United States Postal Service.

 

Hawaii and Alaska
USPS shipping method must be selected for orders to Hawaii and Alaska. For questions, contact the store, or refer to the shipping rates calculated on the checkout page.

PO Boxes
All PO Box orders must choose USPS Priority Mail.

How do I estimate Next day, 2 Day and 3 Day delivery days?

• Next day is delivered on the next business day after the orders has shipped
• 2 Day is 2 business days after the order has shipped.
• 3 Day is 3 business days after the order has shipped.

Note: Weekends and holidays do not count as UPS shipping/business days.
Note: Fed-Ex Ground delivers Tuesday-Saturday to residential addresses.

Here are a couple of delivery time examples:

• A 2 day package shipped on Monday should be delivered on Wednesday.
• A 3 day package shipped on Monday would be delivered on Thursday.
• A 3 day package shipped on Wednesday would be delivered on Monday.

Business days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday If your delivery day falls on a holiday your package should be delivered on the next working day


What about Military Orders: Apo, Fpo addresses?
All Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 3-5 business days. Delivery time from the military address to you can vary. USPS provides delivery confirmation to military address only. Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. If the package is damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit and file a report.


International Shipping Options
 

• International Shipping: This is our standard, most economical shipping method. Delivery is 5-10 business days. There is no tracking available. This is duty-free to Canada.
• Fed-Ex International Priority: This is expedited shipping and your order should arrive in 3-5 business days. You will receive door to door package tracking.

International Shipping Policies

It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, U.S. or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. Customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties and/or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount. For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

If your package is seized, that country may destroy the shipment, send it back to us, or collect the banned items and move the rest forward. If your shipment contains 1 banned item, we are not responsible if it gets seized; you are taking a risk by ordering these items. Realize International Shipping may take up to a month to deliver to your country due to custom delays. If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "unclaimed."


Refund Policy
Imtiazfitness.com does not issue direct refunds for the products sold via the online store. All refunds regarding defective products and guarantees must be taken up directly with the respective manufacturer, if and only if they offer such a policy. All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are merely a copy of information found on the manufacturer website, and hence, we are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products. We do ask that feedback regarding the effectiveness of the merchandise be posted on this site, as to allow other consumers to make informed decisions. Please note, bulk powders are not returnable, but for all other items, there is a 20% restocking fee.

International Shipping Information

• You pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package and the destination. The $5.95 standard shipping charge does not apply to international orders. Shipping by air to most other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are sometimes 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products. Obviously, small bottles are cheaper to ship than heavy nutrition bars and protein powders. As you add items to the shopping cart, you will be presented with the shipping options and charges. Important: If you write to us or order from us, but do not receive a reply back from us, then there is most likely some problem with your email address. We have received many email messages that we reply to, but - for whatever reason - the message can not make it through. We have no other way way to contact you, so please make sure your email delivery is working properly and that you have given us a correct email address before complaining that we are not replying.
• You can add items to your shopping cart which displays the total and you can see the shipping charges prior to sending the order to us. We reserve the right to insure the package. You will not incur an additional charge for insurance above what is presented through the online ordering process. We believe our online order form to be accurate in computing shipping charges, but we will not be held responsible for errors in the shipping charge calculation. If we find it to be incorrect after receiving your order, we reserve the right to correct the charge and inform you by email.
• Please allow 2 weeks for delivery by International Airmail. IMPORTANT: This does not include any time that your countrys Customs office may hold the package which happens frequently. If you have not received your package after the allowed period, check with your Customs office (if possible) to track it down. There is nothing we can do to speed up this process. You can choose to have your order shipped by Federal Express International Priority or UPS Worldwide Express service for faster delivery (two or three days) if you would like. This shipping charge, if available for your destination, will be displayed when you view your shopping cart contents.
• If you choose UPS Worldwide Express or Federal Express International Priority shipping service, you will be emailed a URL that can be used to track your shipment.
• For orders weighing 160 lbs. or more, FedEx International Economy is available.
• You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.
• For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.
• Some countries allow for importation of otherwise disallowed products "for personal use only", but not for resale. Check with your Customs office.
• We do not ship to Italy due to consistent rejection of packages by Italian Customs.
